Buttweld Fittings

Buttweld fittings can be used in a wide variety of industries to alter, divide or end the flow of fluids. These operations include the following: waste treatment facilities, chemical processing, breweries, petrochemical facilities, cryogenic plants, paper production, gas processing and even nuclear power plants.

Pipe Elbow

A pipe elbow is a pipe fitting used in plumbing systems to connect two pipes of the same or different nominal diameter. It's bent at an angle to allow straight pipes to be joined at an angle, thereby realizing a change of direction. It's often used for connection of hoses to water pumps, deck drains, and valves. The main use is just like the previously stated pipe, but the diameter is short. So this kind of piping elbow is often used when shortage of space. The elbow is a complex synovial joint which allows for significant motion and function primarily in the form of extension and flexion.

Pipe Tee

A tee, the most common pipe fitting, combines or divides fluid flow. Tees can connect pipes of different diameters, change the direction of a pipe run, or both. Available in various materials, sizes and finishes, they may also be used to transport two-fluid mixtures. Both the elbow and the tee are used to change the direction of the pipeline, but the elbow is used for the connection at the bend of the pipeline, and the tee is used for the connection at the branch pipe of the main pipeline.

Pipe Cross

4-way cross pipe fittings are used to connect pipes and change or control flow through a piping system. Cross pipe fittings may stress pipes as temperatures change due to their four-way nature. Because of this, pipe crosses are generally not used as plumbing hydraulic components. These are connected when there are 4 pipes are meeting at a point. These fittings generate more amount of stress on pipe as the temperature changes, because they are located at the center of four connection points. Cross fittings are generally used for fire sprinkler systems.

Pipe Reducer

A pipe reducer is a pipe fitting that connects a larger pipe to a smaller pipe. Thus, it reduces the size of the pipe in the pipe system, from one size to another. Pipe reducers may frequently be used to connect pipes of different sizes. The reducers can be made of Carbon Steel, Alloy, or Stainless steel and much more. In comparison to the Stainless Steel Reducer, Carbon Steel Reducer possesses high-pressure resistance, higher strength, and wear resistant but this can be easily corroded.

Pipe End Cap

PVC end caps are used at the end of tubing as a cover to fit over insulated pipe fittings in an insulation system. Made of polyvinyl chloride (PVC), these end caps are impact resistant and durable. This is a SWR pipe fitting that can be used to close a branch line running drainage line in the plumbing network. USP: Used in closing the branch line during initial leakage testing and permanent closing of lines. The general purpose of end caps is to protect the end of pipe, equipment and other fittings, so the standard of end caps is the same as the pipeline.

Pipe Bends

Pipe bending allows systems to minimize pressure changes while still routing materials through complex piping systems. As most bent pipes do not alter the ends of the piping, pipe bends are often easy to implement within a processing system using standard welding processes, flanges, or other connection methods.Custom bends are often used to follow curves, go around corners or to provide mounting points at each end of the pipe. Sometimes the bends are also used strictly for decorative purposes.

Stub End Lap Joint

A stub end and a lap joint flange are normally mated together by a gasket and two bolts. Lap joint stub ends can be produced with many different material grades such as stainless steel, alloy steel, carbon steel and low temperature service carbon steels. Stub end is available in long pattern and short pattern. The lap-joint flange and stub-end assembly are used mainly in piping systems that necessitate frequent dismantling for inspection or routine maintenance.
